Team avadeanlewis.com is going hard in preparation for out October 2nd photo shoot with R.A.W. MultiMedia. Our current workout plan was designed with endurance in mind and it was created before the photo shoot date was set. However it's just what we needed, totally different than what we are used to. Man, does doing 12 sets of a compound movement hurt. Click here to check out our full September workout routine.
Having a support system is one of the most important things in life, no man is an island after-all. So everyday I'm thankful that I was bless with an awesome support system, I have my brothers, family and friends. Not only that we all excel at something that makes up for another's short comings. Together we are an unstoppable force. If you do not have a strong network I suggest you start building one today. I do advise that you be very selective in who gets in your circle, one bad apple will spoil the bunch.
I'll leave you with the seven lies you have to tell yourself to be successful (believe them and your success is guaranteed):
1. Everything happens for a reason and a purpose, and it serves us.
2. There is no such thing as failure. There are only results.
3. Whatever happens, take responsibility.
4. It is not necessary to understand everything to be able to use everything.
5. People are your greatest resource.
6. Work is play.
7. There's no abiding success without commitment.

Photo Shoot Fun, LoranTV & Self Confidence Formula
Today Team AvadeanLewis.com and R.A.W. Multimedia go together for a photo shoot and we had a blast. We got creative and did some fun stuff. This shoot was not geared towards fitness it was instead just about us having fun and trying new things. We have another shoot scheduled for October 2nd, which we will be doing in the gym and it'll be all about working out. Good ol shirts off lifting weights, posing and etc. If you ever need a photo shoot done or anything media related you should definitely hire R.A.W. Multimedia. Richardo is very professional, driven and has tons of great ideas and he is real easy and fun to work with. We are putting plans on paper and working towards achieving our goals. Looking into getting out to Miami to do some work with LoranTV.com, networking to the fullest.
Check out LoranTVs new channel Philantropic Fridays hosted by the wonderful and talented Jaynine Hernandez, Miss Bonaventure 2012, LoranTV was invited to cover Philantropic Fridays, a very special event Hosted by the MMOM foundation founders, Stephan Morris and Jonathan Babick, and the director of Programs Michele Oster in partnership with ECOMB Director Luis Rodrigues.
I'm Gonna leave you with the self confidence formula that is sure to help you get in the mind set to get anything you desire in life.
First. I know that I have the ability to achieve the object of my Definite Purpose in life, therefore, I DEMAND of myself persistent, continuous action toward its attainment, and I here and now promise to render such action.
Second. I realize the dominating thoughts of my mind will eventually reproduce themselves in outward, physical action, and gradually transform themselves into physical reality, therefore, I will concentrate my thoughts for thirty minutes daily, upon the task of thinking of the person I intend to become, thereby creating in my mind a clear mental picture of that person.
Third. I know through the principle of auto-suggestion, any desire that I persistently hold in my mind will eventually seek expression through some practical means of attaining the object back of it, therefore, I will devote ten minutes daily to demanding of myself the development of SELF-CONFIDENCE.
Fourth. I have clearly written down a description of my DEFINITE CHIEF AIM in life, and I will never stop trying, until I shall have developed sufficient self-confidence for its attainment.
Fifth. I fully realize that no wealth or position can long endure, unless built upon truth and justice, therefore, I will engage in no transaction which does not benefit all whom it affects. I will succeed by attracting to myself the forces I wish to use, and the cooperation of other people. I will induce others to serve me, because of my willingness to serve others. I will eliminate hatred, envy, jealousy, selfishness, and cynicism, by developing love for all humanity, because I know that a negative attitude toward others can never bring me success. I will cause others to believe in me, because I will believe in them, and in myself.

Bodybuilding is my Sport
Bodybuilding is the sport I chose. So why bodybuilding you ask. Well there are a verity of reasons, the main one is I can't lose. I train with everything I've got for weeks/months to step on stage, no matter what happens I come out winning. Simply because I will look my best regardless, so even if I don't get a trophy I still have my physique which is a trophy in itself.
Second reason, I am my team. This is not to say that I am not a team player because I am. However I alone determine my results. So at the end of the day if something goes wrong I have no one to blame but myself, this sense of accountability creates a big push and motivates me to do my best 24/7. Also I have never been a very social person, this does not mean that I am anti-social but growing up I ran with a small circle and mostly kept to myself. That is why me becoming a bodybuilder came at no surprise to those around me. When it's time to cut off the rest of the world and focus that is not a big deal for me. I rather enjoy the solidarity.
I'd like to say I choose bodybuilding because it is healthy, however often times it's not. I did choose natural bodybuilding because of the health aspects however but bodybuilding is extremely unhealthy on show day. We dehydrate ourselves which is very dangerous for your brain. Also the diet manipulation can be unhealthy at times but for the most part bodybuilding is a healthy sport.
I find bodybuilding extremely fulfilling and I enjoy every minute of it. It is a 24 hour a day 7 days a week sport and art form. You get no days off. It is both mentally and physically challenging. If you have the heart and give it everything you've got it will yield astonishing results.
My body is my personal work of art!
