The above statement is complete and utter bullshit "no pain, no gain". Killer back workout followed by cardio = pain and suffering. My chest is so sore from tuesdays chest workout it's not even funny but I love it. This is going to be an extremely short post because I worked all day and I'm tired as hell. Also my computer died when I was almost done with this post and I don't remember what I wrote :(.
