Temporary Defeat is Not Failure

Lately my body hasn't been performing optimally which sucks but I can understand why. I haven't been taking very good care of my self, lack of sleep, proper nutrition and etc. I also been a bit down but never out, so now it's time to get things working the way they should.

Avadeanlewis.com has been doing phenomenal averaging 1000+ views a day with 77% of it's traffic coming from search engines. I have to get my team together to plan and implement those plans so avadeanlewis.com can go where I intend. I'm constantly testing new things in terms of SEO, design SEM and such trying to see what works and what dosent, if something dosent work I remember "temporary defeat is not permanent failure" and try something else. Success is a journey afterall. I haven't really had time to sit down and write articles for the avadeanlewis.com the last couple days but I have been posting videos so viewers get at least 2 fitness tips a week. Seeing as how Mr Olympia starts today I am going to be posting team muscletech 60 second on muscle videos regularly, I'm aiming for one a day.

How do you know if something is a distraction or a potential way for you to reach your goal? This question plagues me at times because I put a timeline on my ultimate goal/desire so I can't afford to waste time. At the same time I don't want to miss out on any opportunities.

SN: Disgaea 4 has been my biggest distraction as of late.
