So today was my first day back in the gym after a 2 week break. It feels great to get in the gym and do work but it was difficult. I started breathing heavy after my first set of deadlifts. Getting 12 sets done was no easy task but we made it. New music was very helpful, don't think I could've gotten it done without it. Worked out to Cyaa Change by Iyara and Patexx on the 12 to 12 riddim, Tek Mi Life by Denno on the Life Cycle riddim and Nah Lose Wi Medz by Laden and OC on the Iron Belt riddim. I like to make a playlist of 3 to 5 songs for each workout.
